Delivery

We offer supply and installation services of granite, quartz and marble worktops throughout Ipswich and Suffolk.

When your order is confirmed, we will provide you with a provisional installation date. Please ensure the access route and installation area are prepared (level surface, adequate space, clearance for delivery vehicle/installation team).

If your site conditions differ from those you informed us of (eg narrow access, restricted height, multiple flights of stairs) we reserve the right to charge additional fees or arrange alternative access.

Installation/fit appointments may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (unit delivery, weather, supplier delays). We will keep you informed but cannot guarantee a specific time window.

Please ensure someone over 18 is on-site to receive, check and sign off installation. Any damage or installation issues should be reported immediately to us and documented (photos).

Title to the Goods remains with us until full payment has been received.
Returns & Refunds

Because our worktops are bespoke and manufactured to your measurements, selecting your finish and material, we cannot accept returns once manufacturing has commenced or on installation, except for valid defects.

If you believe the Goods are defective, please contact us as soon as possible with order details and photographic evidence. We will assess the claim, and if the defect is ours, we will repair, replace or refund at our discretion.

Refunds, where applicable, will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of us accepting the claim or receiving the Goods (if the item is returned to us).

Any claims for damage during installation or delivery must be made within 24 hours of installation/receipt.

Any return initiated by you outside our standard manufacturing/installation timeframe or for change of mind will incur full charges for manufacturing, delivery, installation and may not be accepted.
